The English Gently Smoked Double Cask is the result of a perfect union between single malts matured in Bourbon casks & Oloroso casks. The process of taking cask samples and marrying them takes time, and it is incredibly satisfying when you find just the right match. Limited to just 2100 bottles, this single malt brings the best of two flavour worlds together, and the whole definitely exceeds the sum of its parts.

Wafts of marshmallows, vanilla sponge and just a hint of smokeĀ
The palate
Building on the nose with notes of ginger, nutmeg and figs. A splash of water brings out stewed orchard fruit notes

A very gentle, slightly sweet bonfire smoke
